Job Profile:
* Setting and meeting operational goals by effective use of teams such as Order processing, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics and Customer Service.
* Managing operations for both B2B and B2C modules.
* Ensuring process adherence.
* Regularly reporting the C.E.O. on the activities with regards to the sales received, products dispatched and balance stock. Documenting all activities in MIS.
* Create and optimize processes to allow the team to build healthy pipelines and maximize conversions.
* Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organization's mission. Specifically, support better management reporting, information flow, business process and organizational planning.
* Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Business Development teams to optimize processes and achieve set targets
* Ensuring 100% dispatches as per the SLA for market places .
*Reconciliation on monthly basis.
