Senior Sales Manager -We are looking for enthusiastic Manager to join our vibrant and young team for Digital Sales.
Location: Mumbai
For this job we require someone who can:-
• Manage and close Digital sales opportunities through forecasting, account strategy, and planning. Team Management
• He will be responsible for managing Southern region designated as growth market for Digital.
• Support sales through presentations to advertisers and agencies to formulate media plan, and strategies
• Team hiring, training and motivation
• Increase pipeline through demand generation and targeted campaigns to the Digital existing customer base and/or new accounts
• Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Digital Media assets, competitors, industry trends
• Architect Digital solutions to client's requirements
• Develop and maintain competitive knowledge on industries and products to leverage in sales cycle
• Manage full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to closure
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
MBAMedia / online sales background
• 6-10 years experience in online ad sales/ Internet sales exp in the past is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue Attainment
• Team Management experience
• Excellent communication /negotiating /closing skills with customers /prospects
• Aggressive, great attitude, organizational skills and a self-starter.
