BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROFILE: # Setting up of loans into the system and verifying the data with the source documents. # Processing of mortgages including ordering and verification of credit reports, title, flood reports etc. # Validating fees to ensure proper disclosure for disbursement. # Preparing loan documents. # Doing quality checks ensuring the work is done meeting all quality and turnaround time SLAs. # Making sure all the transactions reports and quality reports are maintained. You would also be responsible for reviewing and evaluating a loan file to ascertain the underwriting decision and risk factors associated with it. You would also be responsible to review and resolve the underwriting conditions before clearing the file for docs. This position also includes the following aspects: # Reviewing, examining and underwriting loans to ensure eligibility and compliance with investor standards. # Assessing loan attributes and documentation for soundness and accuracy. # Determining and documenting underwriting conditions, and communicating requirements and/or decisions. # Reviewing and resolving underwriting conditions. # Coaching field personnel and Brokers on technical underwriting issues, problems and/or questions. DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE: # Any Graduate/Post Graduate with 0 to 4 years of experience # Openings are available in Morning ( 9 AM to 6 PM) as well as Night Shifts ( 8.30 PM to 5.30 AM) [Please note that these are fixed shifts and we have no rotational shifts] # Must have worked in Night Shifts for atleast 6 months (if you apply for Night Shift). # Must be self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to customer support. # Candidate must have good communication skills (both written & verbal) as well as good analytical skills. # Candidates staying in Navi Mumbai & Central Suburbs preferred.
